Nothing is better than fresh, homemade pasta. Boil those Thanksgiving turkey bones into a hearty broth. Add carrots, potatoes, and homemade noodles for a real down home favorite.

Noodles: Mix in food processor-3 C. Flour, 3 Eggs, 2 Tsp. Salt, and 1/2 C. Water. Allow to rest in refrigerator for 30 minutes before rolling. Cut into about 6 pieces. Run thru machine at setting #1, then #4, then cut. Drop into boiling broth or dry for later use. Yum.
